We want you rest assured that your property is well kept and maintained all year long.
Because of this, our Property Maintenance program keeps regular checkups every two weeks from April to October, with two additional checkups over the winter months, once each in January and February.
This helps ensure a clean and neat appearance year round.
Property Maintenance will occur once every two weeks from April through October and once in January and once in February to ensure a clean and neat appearance.
Check for Debris
During every checkup, our crews will check over your whole property to keep every part of it neat and clean. We will scan for and remove light debris, sticks and branches up to eight feet long from the entire property.
Weed Control
All flower and mulch beds will checked and weeded each visit. Weed control can be done by hand or by Round-Up. [Any ground cover, vines, and perennials will be maintained each visit. This includes the removal of dead or damaged sections.]
Dead Branches
If you have any dead, damaged or diseased branches in your shrubs or trees (under 15’ tall), they will be removed. Water sprouts and suckers from the base of trees and shrubs will also be removed.
Keep it Clean
At the end of each visit, we will make sure to clean up all scattered debris from the maintenance. Our crews will blow all debris off hard surfaces and haul away the debris associated with the visit.
You’re the Best.
